What is the cheapest aria to rent an apartment in Santa Barbra Cali?

Planing to move and my budget cant really exceed $800 a month for the rental. I live in Az and I'm planing on taking a job in santa barbra. I'm from the east coast and moved to AZ last year, but it's to hot for me here. any help would be nice thanx. I have a 7 year lod as well so it has to be a good aria.
