Motorcycle helmets in hot weather?

They are both excellent and both drew excellent reviews from Motorcycle magazines and buyers. The question now is: What does the Bell has that justifies $100 more? The brand name is probably the answer... Bell is a household name and Icon has been around for only a few years.
