My room's AC hardly works?

I live in a two bedroom apartment. Every air vent in this place is getting a good amount of AC coming out of there vents, of course i get stuck with the one that barley comes out at all. I tryed covering two vents that are used by my vents but im still getting the same amount of airflow. In heading into the hot summer of ARIZONA what should i do or am i SOL cause im not close to the ac unit.....
