Rebuild 85 corvette engine,transmission and rear end.?

About how much would that cost i am thinking between 3 and 4 grand to have it done right. Would it be pretty much brand new? i don't want ridiculous performance even after i have everything rebuilt i would like her to have 300-350 HP when i am done (stock 85 L98 only has 230 or so but don't let that fool you the 330LBs of torque put you in your seat) without hurting the economy of her (too much) so mainly just airflow mods. Any advice would be nice.
