Mazda 323 running problems?

I have 92 323 1.8l Efi. Intermitant problems taking off. the car splutters very bad and sometimes cuts out and gives problem starting again. some days the car runs good for 5 mins then goes wrong. The dissy cap and rotor arm have been replaced and the fuel filter was clean but i replaced anyway plugs new aswell.. dissconnect the airflow meter and the car cuts out straight away. Also sometimes when i get it started again it missfires bad. i have got a coil on order as many people say they go wrong. Any Ideas thanks Gordon
