Rhinoplasty covered by insurance?

Is rhinoplasty commonly covered by medical insurance? What are the requirements? My nose has bothered me for years, but it's not THAT bad, only somedays do I notice that it's crooked . I also notice that some days it even effects my breathing. I will pull on the opposite side of my face and instantly feel how the airflow through my nose is MUCH better. So how hard is it to have insurance cover it? I would NOT spend $5,000+ for it
