Front end of car wobbles at low speeds?

My car started to shake a little when I was driving so I slowed down and I could feel the front end wobbling back and forth as I came to a stop. Also it's a standard and when I take it out of gear to coast it slows down down so much it feels like the brake is on. I just had a new transmission and clutch put in, could the mechanics have messed something up?
